A nominal service visit or inspection fee may be charged for the technician's visit to diagnose your appliance. This fee will be communicated to you before confirming your appointment. In most cases, the inspection fee is waived or adjusted against the final repair cost if you proceed with the repair. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after inspection, the visit fee remains payable.
Before commencing any repair work, our technician will provide you with a verbal or written estimate of the expected cost. This estimate is based on the initial inspection and is subject to change if additional faults are discovered during the repair process. We will inform you of any additional costs and seek your approval before proceeding. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment in cash or other modes as mutually agreed. We do not provide credit or deferred payment terms unless expressly agreed in advance. Invoices or receipts will be provided upon request.
All repairs carried out by Shrinath Electronics are covered by a 30-day service warranty from the date of repair. This warranty covers the specific fault that was repaired. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period due to a fault in our workmanship or the parts used, we will rectify it at no additional charge.
